本课程主要研究管理中组织与公众之间传播沟通的现象、行为、规律和方法。本课程主要探讨公共关系的基本概念、职能、要素,工作程序以及公关调查,公关宣传,公关社交礼节和综合性公关活动策划等内容。学生通过本课程的学习,可以了解公共关系作为一种管理哲学,在企业管理、市场营运、广告传播、行政管理及诸多领域的独特功能,它除了提供适用于商界、政界及社会各界与环境协调的观念与沟通技术以外,还为一般人提供了如何规范行为、适应环境、参与现代社会竞争的手段。

The “Public Relations” is a core general course for Shandong University. This course mainly studies the phenomenon, behaviour, rules and methods of communication between the organization and public in management. It will explore the basic concepts, functions, elements, procedures of public relations. Furthermore, PR survey, publicity, social etiquette and integration planning are also involved.
